2. Lulusan S1 FIK atau PSIK atau STIKES yang terakreditasi sebelum tahun 2005
3. Pengalaman Rumah sakit lebih disukai
4. Wanita atau pria 25-35 tahun
5. Pandai berbahasa Inggris
6. Tidak merokok
7. Surat Kelakuan baik

Ijasah perawat yang setara dengan pendidikan tinggi akademi perawat atau yang berasal dari universitas/fakultas ilmu keperawatan
Transkrip akademi perawat atau yang berasal dari universitas/fakultas ilmu keperawatan
Ijasah SMA – higher secondary education (Grades 10-12).
Ijasah SMP - three years' lower secondary (Grades 7-9)
Fotokopi pasport, Identitas diri (ID)
Akte kelahiran
Surat referensi dari rumah sakit tempat bekerja sekarang yang menyatakan perawat tersebut bekerja di RS ( contoh pada dokumen standard RIM), berarti dibutuhkan perawat yang sedang bekerja misalnya di RS Nepal; RS China atau RS yang ada di negara asal perawat tersebut.
Foto (3 buah) ukuran paspor (passport-sized photos): 2" x 2"
Surat kelakuan baik / tidak terlibat kriminal
Nilai prediksi TOEFL
